methods) - two-monthly (14 participants) on raw milk.
- determining fat, protein, lactose, somatic cell content,
preventative research, cryoscopic point, pH and urea
with (routine methods) - two-monthly (60 participants)
on raw milk.
- determining urea content (25 participants) on heat
treated milk.
- determining bacteria content (30 participants) on
freeze-dried milk.
- determining somatic cell content (60 participants)
on heat treated milk
